1 General Terms

3 Account Registration

Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

Login Credential Security

d9xkf accepts only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other Bangladeshi banks). Transactions made in a third party's name are not accepted.

Withdrawal Timeframe

Successfully requested withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, in some cases the verification process may cause a slight delay.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing (৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000).

General Bonus Terms

• More than one welcome bonus does not apply to the same account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d9xkf platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Applying coordinated or artificial betting strategies to exploit bonus benefits.
• Using fraudulent or fake payment details.
• Using a third party's payment method or account.
• Making unauthorised interference with system or game software.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Using site content for commercial purposes.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

7 Game and Betting Rules

All game outcomes displayed on d9xkf are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. The platform undergoes regular testing to ensure fair play.

General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.

Sports Betting

Odds offered on sports betting are subject to change. Results will be calculated at the odds that were in place at the moment the bet was confirmed. If a tournament (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, etc.) or match is cancelled, bet settlement will follow d9xkf's defined policy.

Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting the d9xkf support team. Before the account is closed, all ongoing bets must be settled and any eligible winnings must be withdrawn.
